Shop Safely at TIVOL
The holiday season is one of our favorite times of year at TIVOL. The safety of our customers and staff is our top priority as we begin the holiday season. TIVOL is pleased to welcome everyone to our stores safely. We have stocked up on masks, sanitizer, cleaners, and everything we need to keep our stores safe and clean for our shoppers. Check out everything we're doing below!
What to expect when shopping at TIVOL:
- Masks are required while shopping in both of our stores. Under the current emergency order, all citizens must wear a face covering or mask while indoors in an area of public accommodation.
- Likewise, we require all employees and customers to wear masks or other approved face coverings.
- If you have forgotten your mask, we've got you covered. We are happy to supply you with a disposable surgical mask.
- We are practicing social distancing in our stores. We have spread out the sales associates around the store to avoid crowded areas.
- We also ask guests to be mindful of how close they stand to our associates and other guests.
- Hand Sanitizer station is available upon entry.
- We recommend that all guests stop and sanitize their hands upon store entry.
- Our staff is frequently washing their hands and using hand sanitizer between washes.
- Hand sanitizer is available throughout the store, and is even supplied at curbside pick up.
- TIVOL staff are cleaning all of the cases and countertops before we open each morning, throughout the day, again at the end of each day. We are following all of the guidelines set forth by the CDC and local officials.
- We use 70% Rubbing Alcohol to clean surfaces. A 70% solution of alcohol takes more time in evaporation from the surface, increasing the contact time and is thus more effective in killing bacteria.
- TIVOL staff is also cleaning jewelry frequently between customer visits.
- If you do not feel comfortable shopping in the store, please feel free to shop online! Our website is easy to use and offers a wide variety of gift options for the holidays.
- TIVOL can ship online orders to your home, or you can select in-store pick up.
- If you select in-store pick up, we are happy to offer curbside pick up.
