We're Back!

TIVOL is so excited to announce that both of our locations are back, and we're ready to serve our community and celebrate life's special moments.

  • Hawthorne Plaza - Currently open for In-Store Shopping and Curbside Pick Ups.
  • Country Club Plaza - Currently open for In-Store Shopping and Curbside Pick Ups.

The safety of our customers and staff is our top priority as we begin the process of re-opening our doors.

We have stocked up on sanitizer, cleaners, and everything we need to keep our stores safe and clean for our shoppers. Check out everything we're doing below!

All TIVOL staff wear protective face masks at all times. We are continuing to limit the number of staff in our store at one time, so we can keep our guests and each other as safe as possible. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the store, and is even supplied at curbside pick up.

  • Hand Sanitizer station is available upon entry. We ask that all guests stop and sanitize their hands upon store entry.
  • TIVOL requires all guests to wear a mask or face covering. This is for your protection as well as our staff's safety.

TIVOL staff are cleaning all of the cases and countertops before we open each morning, after every use and again at the end of each day. We are following all of the guidelines set forth by the CDC and local officials.

  • We use 70% Rubbing Alcohol to clean surfaces.  A 70% solution of alcohol takes more time in evaporation from the surface, increasing the contact time and is thus more effective in killing bacteria.

We are keeping a safe distance! Throughout the TIVOL stores, we have diamond floor markers to ensure everyone is maintaining at least a six foot distance.

  • All staff is spread out to different areas of the store to keep plenty of space between us all.

At TIVOL, we want to make sure everyone has a safe and comfortable shopping experience. Whether you place an online order or through a sales associate, we will have curbside pick up available. You can also drop off repairs curbside. Just call the store phone number when you arrive, describe your vehicle, and an associate will be out to assist.
